John Maxwell goes to explain how to use your talent and what attributes to your talent.  John goes explains several topics relating to the influences on your talent, what strengthens it, sharpens it, energizes it and the affects relationships have on it.  Being a business man himself, John Maxwell shares from experiences and knowledge that he has gain from others. 

Having met John Maxwell before, one can tell that he is a caring Christian man who cares about the directional path of others.  If you’re a serious business man who longs to be successful while putting your faith in Christ first, this book is for you!   I agree that belief focuses your talent, which is something we tend forget that matters.  Character also protects our talent.  Responsibility doesn’t just come with business, it comes with who and what we represent.   Learn what shapes your talent and those who affect it and how to continue to maintain it through your career.
